Had seen Dr Raj for several years with great satisfaction. Last March ended up in the ER and hospital went to see Dr Raj and his attitude had changed from my previous visit. Maybe because the practice was sold or merged. He ordered a special capsule which was to arrive within ten days. It NEVER arrived! I called to speak w the office manager to check on it and she refused to talk w me! I needed to see a doctor and Raj was Out of the country so asked to see someone else. Initially they refused, next day they called me and said another doctor would see me. What good is a doctor if he takes off for two weeks and doesn’t leave someone to cover his patients?

As always, he was very thoughtful and kind in all of his comments and questions! I always feel like my visit is with someone more than a physician, but a good friend as well!

Dr Raj is an exceptionally skilled gastroenterologiist, fantastic people skills and highly recommended.

From the minute I showed up for my appointment, I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Like a well oiled machine. My procedure was painless, and all the staff treated me well.

He takes his time to provide patients with reassurance and to answer questions. He shows compassion and understanding.

Dr Rajendra and Dr Rios took time to listen to all of my concerns at initial visit and scheduled necessary procedures very quickly. On day of procedure I was treated with care and professionalism by the entire staff. Follow up visit was scheduled and I received a call to ensure all was OK after procedures. Highly recommend this facility and these doctors.

I’ve been seeing Dr Raj for several years. He has a great bedside manner and is always very informative. The wait time to see him is very good. Would definitely recommend.

Visited Dr.Raj and was initially impressed by his wants of proceeding with exams to find the problem. Proceeded to get exams done at other facilities as his office does not offer them. Never once did Raj call me nor anyone of his staff to review the results. I called his office a total of6 and was eventually told that Dr. Raj would review everything with the day of the upper endoscopy procedure(last exam). The upper endoscopy is done inhouse at the facility and was costing me an upwards of $1,000 with my insurance. I payed the procedure out of pocket as it cost less about $600. After the procedure Dr. Raj and staff left without speaking to me just left me with 1 nurse. I let the nurse know how upset I was in Dr. Raj is work and got a call the following Monday. We had a short conversation where he then went over the results and told me I no longer need a follow up as my issue wasn't too bad. He then proceeded to bill that phone call to my insurance as an office visit. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

The doctor was great, the staff is really bad. They treated me with no respect and would not return my many calls and messages in the portal, i had to go to the office to talk to them and the nurse acted like it was my problem. Worst staff ever. So much so that i left and am finding another doctor, i dont need the aggravation

He's a good doctor but both the front and back office are horrible. I've had to wait hours many times in the lobby, even after fasting all night for a colonoscopy. Impossible to reach staff for refills, etc.

Thank you Dr. Rajendran. I took your advice to take two tablespoons of CHIA seeds each morning with oatmeal and blueberries. I have not had a stomach problem in the 5 weeks since I started the CHIA seeds. Thank you so much. You gave AWESOME advice. PS. All your other care over the past several years has been the best also. Thank you.
