Horrible office staff
I've been a long-time, loyal patient because I really like Dr. Muttath. However, the office staff is constantly changing and with each new face, worse than the last. They're incompetent and as rude as possible. They don't answer the phones, leave you on hold for 15 minutes, plus. Prescriptions are constantly incorrect and pharmacy requests go unanswered.

Staff Needs to be Replaced
Dr. Muttath has been out for months. I'm being sent to Lanham for injections of cortisone in my knee. Can Hardly walk at this point. The desk staff person first neglected to send me the paperwork I need to go to Lanham. After a week, I call again and she says she sent it again to my email, but I didn't get it. She absolutely REFUSED to read the email address to me so I could verify that it is correct, and insists that I drive to Riverdale on my bad knee to pick it up before I drive to Lanham on my bad knee for treatment. Terrible. Why would they put a patient through all this?

Best Doctor
I have been a long time patient of Dr. Muttath. He is thee doctor that I measure all other's against. His manner helps you to open up about your issues and if you follow his guidance you will be good to go.

I had 9am appt then staff tells me doc comes in at 10am. Wait times are too long, front office is terrible.

Dr. Muttath is the very best doctor I have every known or been to. He has taken extra time with me, my husband and two daughters. When one of the girls suffered from anxiety - he talked to her and gave her advise on who to get over this problem without drugs. She is fine now and when the anxiety shows itself she knows how to combat it. He had kept us all in great health. There is not a single day that I don't thank God for such a wonderful, caring man. He's the best in his field...
