Dr. Surya Dhakar, DDS

I found Dr Dhakar bc I need affordable dentistry after years of neglaect. Thanks to his kind and gentle soul I now go to the dentist annually and have no cavities. I look forward to time with this human and am so fortunate to be a patient. He does not try to give you a treatment plan formulated to bankrupt you. He gives you the care you need at a price you can afford. I cannot say enough about both Dhakar’s as his son is awesome too. I’m just a super fan of Dr Dhakar and his wonderful practice that allows those w lacking confidence or funds (or both) to see care.

I've been a patient of Dr. Surya for a long time now. I won't see another dentist in the Richmond area but him. I arrived at his office yesterday and had a cavity filled and his injections don't hurt at all. I'm very pleased to have him as my dentist.

I saw Dr. Dhakar's associate who was a female.. I was very impressed with her caring manner, skill and speed of removing 4 teeth. 3 top and one bottom. I felt very little pressure and no pain during the procedire which only took an hr. And half of which much time was numbing process. Her staff was friendly and encouraging. The cost was half of what oral surgeons charge plus they normally wont do the extraction the same day as this dentist did. I will return for more extractions and I highly recommend them.

Just had a tooth extracted. Painless and caring and compassionate dentist. Affordable too. I highly recommend!

I am beyond frustrated leaving this place. Dr. Jane was stubborn, dishonest and not at all helpful nor did she listen to any of my needs or concerns. I’ve never had a worse experience at a dentist office. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Dhaka helped when one of my wisdom tooth broke late in the evening. His staff was good to me and helped me, with no pain for less than a day. Willie coming back!

Dr Dhakar is a wonderful dentist. Walked in his office, had a tooth pulled and out the door in 30 minutes. He is very friendly and concerned about his patients well being. Prices are more than reasonable! I highly recommend his office.

Dr. Dhaker is seeing my daughter for dental care starting this year 2018. Feeling comfortable with a Doctor is important to me. I feel welcomed and like Dr. Dhaker is very caring.....I will be seeing Dr. Dhaker for dental care as well. I’m sure we have found our family dentist.

Wonderful team, quick & painless tooth extraction, without breaking the bank. Worked with me to help subside my dental anxiety. Defiantly will be going back for future dental work. I would highly suggest this dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist for any thing from extractions to cleaning. A++

Had a fear of dentist my whole lif went for the first time meeting to Dr. Dhakar for a tooth extraction. I had NO PAIN during the procedure nor after. The only discomfort I experienced was after the novacaineer wore off where the injections had been put in. After this experience with him I will continue to have him care for my teeth. I haven't dental insurance. His price were extremely affordable.

He is great will address all questions and give yog great care at a low cost.

Dr.Dhakar was very nice,gentle and accommodating. My dental emergency was handle in no time flat!! Prices are reasonable if you're uninsured which is an added bonus. Your teeth and gums are in good hands literally.All of my future visits will be at his office.I highly recommend him ??
