Dr. Susan Baker is my father's rheumatologist, and she has provided nothing but a great experience. Wouldn’t even schedule me a Telehealth, made me suffer, left me untreated whilst my Covid turned into an ear infection then pneumonia! All while I shoveled thousands of dollars to her out of pocket for her 1500 annual, 500 for a visit, 299 for a nasal swab…etc.. only to find when I asked for my personal records so I could leave and go to a real doctor she wanted to charged me a 150 fee for my own records! SCAM!

Thousands of dollars on joining fees only to be treated so horribly when you need a doctor. This is why making clients pay hundreds up front before you have even met the doctor is a bad system. Never again. Almost killed me.

Phenomenal rheumatologist, Dr. Susan Baker has been treating for over 13 years. I suffer from severe rheumatoid arthritis and her deep understanding of the disease kept me at bay with the burden and trajectory of multimorbidity in rheumatoid arthritis. I am thankful and appreciative.

She's treated me for at least 12 years (I have lupus) and is always kind, compassionate, and spends the necessary time to understand my medical issues to find the best possible solution. She has wonderful "bedside manner". Her staff is excellent and it's a very well run office.
