Horrible.... My mom waited for an appointment for several months and the doctor’s office called her on the day of the appointment to say that “Dr. Susan Baser is sick.... she won’t be able to see you.” Then they rescheduled her for a date another 5.5 months away... what the hell is this???? Absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone...

I saw Dr. Baser for onset of tremors. I was blown away by her level of knowledge mixed with a willingness to listen to me and think through what we were seeing. She's a problem solver in a word where too many doctors are simply running a factory. I've seen many specialists for many problem, but she really stands out from the crowd.

Dr. Baser is definitely the best in her specialty. Unfortunately, expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour in the exam room before the doctor sees you.

I agree with Mary's review above. I have ben taking my brother there for several years. He has PD and when we really needed her she wasn't available. It took 2 days and me telling them that in all the years we have gone there this is the first time I really needed her. They called me back that same day. Now today, I have called them 3 times to be put on hold for very long just to tell them that my brother has been admitted to the hospital. She's excellent, but office staff not so much!

Dr. Susan Baser has treated me for early onset parkinson's disease for several years and from the first visit i knew i was in the right place. Her knowledge of medicine and how to use it to achieve the best results was second to none. Her humble personality hides the fact that she comes well respected in her field. I was only able to find this out from talking to others around her. This women is down to earth and truly cares for her patients. Her efforts outside of her practice also tell it all.

Dr. Baser is apparently excellent at research and is an expert in the field. However, if you are in a crisis mode, you need another doctor and another office. Her staff is dismissive and Dr. Baser is inaccessible. If you have PD, there will come a time where you really need her and she will not be there for you. I waited one week to discuss a crisis and it was too late. Find a doctor that has an interest in attending to patients rather than making presentations and conducting research.
