I have been a patient at Cary Medical Group for about ten years. I came to believe that Dr. Susan Crittenden would be the last Primary Care Physician I would ever need. So imagine my surprise when I was told to either pick one of several suggested drugs to get a new prescription for or find a new doctor that specialized in palliative care. I had always thought that the patient had the right to accept or decline any drugs that go into their body. This process has shattered my confidence in medical care at this facility I only share this experience so that it never happens to another patient.

Dr. Crittenden is a wonderful doctor! She is caring, thorough and always takes the time to answer questions or talk through concerns. My father who is 95 also goes to Dr. Crittenden and she takes such fantastic care of him. I honestly feel blessed that she is our family doctor!
