Dr. Susan Deluca, MD

She is the best that there is. I have been seeing her for almost thirty years, and she takes time to know you and any conditions that you might have.

Dr. Deluca takes the time to get to know her patients. She is always smiling when she greets me, she is thorough, compassionate and kind. She will take the time to ask me about my family and other things in my life. Hope to have her as my primary care doctor as long as she is practicing medicine.

Dr. DeLuca is an excellent listener and is personable and thorough in her care. I've never had a doctor who was more willing to listen to my total health concerns.

De Deluca listens to you ! She does not rush you in any way . She is very warm and kind and of course very intelligent. She works for her patients , not someone who just hurry’s you along or dismisses you thoughts and feelings. She is awesome

Her office staff was horrible; as well with her Nurse Practitioner. Due to the office staff harassing me over my insurance, which should of been handled by the three prior phone calls, the Nurse Practitioner rushed me along because I was late. She disregarded all of my ailments and made me feel delusional. She also followed that old adage if you do not have a medical degree you can not read English and Latin that most medical texts and journals are written in. She was suppose to schedule a heart test for me, but never did. Nor did the office follow up and schedule an appointment to meet the doctor. The only thing we accomplished was filling out a questionnaire. If your not rich, they definitely do not make you feel welcomed here.

Dr. DeLuca is wonderful in every way. I feel very fortunate to be her patient.

Dr DeLuca is great, however the Leahy system is not. Her office staff is transient and cold. You can't talk to her or get a call back.

I am trying diligently to get my medical records from DR Deluca requested in 2011. No one is willing to help me....I absolutely loved my time with her...But at this time I am very sick and in need of my records....Who can help me?

Dr. DeLuca was my primary care doctor for some time. Regrettably, I had to move out of the area and could no longer see her as my PCP. I can only say, without a doubt, that she was the best PCP I ever had, and I miss having her as my doctor. She is the embodiment of what I want in a doctor--kind, caring, extremely knowledgeable, patient and funny. Who could ask for more?

Fantastic practictioner ! Dr Deluca is very kind, warm, and takes lots of time . She listens and remembers what you tell her. She cares about people and will fight for you to get what you need. The only negative is she does run late because she takes time with her patients .
