I do not recommend
I don’t recommend her to ANYONE. She is a careless doctor. Very non chalant about patients health concern. She guesses what the patient MIGHT have and doesn’t do testing unless you ask her to. I expressed my concern and told me I can make a trip to the ER but I’d be wasting my time. That nothing would be done at the ER. Guess what? I came to the ER and they ran a bunch of tests without even me asking them to. It turns out my child needed treatment. I can’t imagine how many other patients she’s treated this way.

My experience with this pediatrician's office and the doctor over the phone was quite disappointing. The way we were treated left a lot to be desired. The staff was unhelpful, and the doctor's communication was far from satisfactory. I expected a more caring and understanding approach, especially when dealing with children.

In the past year I’ve grown less happy with this particular doctor. Anytime a doctor questions why you want to get to the source of your child’s problem, or makes you feel like the concerns you have for your child aren’t real, it forces you to question their competency and knowledge.

I have constantly had so many problems with this doctor over the years. Insanely long waits when there is not a lot of people in the office, constant negligence when asked to call in a prescription, which has led to emergency room visits because of the insanely difficult way that this woman does things. I would not reccomend to anyone.

Her office is very hard to reach phone lines are always busy appointment times and days are not conveinat toschool age children's hours or working parents. Found her to be pushy.

Dr. Gunduz is the best. I trust her completely. She was my doc as a child and I am happy to bring my kids to her. Only suggestion is to update office.

I have taken my son to her since he was 3 months old. Dr Gunduz was born to take care of children. She disarms them with a smile, and her warmth. Simply the best.

My daughter was one of Susan Gunduz's first patients almost 27 years ago and now my granddaughter is a patient of hers. We love her and the practice. She is one of the most compassionate, intelligent people that I know and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Gunduz has been the pediatrician to my daughter since she was born. She is a great doctor. Gentle, thorough, and doesn't rush you! The girls at the office are also great. The nurses that take the baby's weight, height, etc. aren't always the friendliest or most gentle. Otherwise, I would recommend this doctors office to anyone!
