Dr. Susan Holec-Iwasko
Dr. Holec is kind, respectful and listens well. She's helped me with suggestions when personal problems have made my spirits low. We as patients may have 15 min. but she never rushed me and always takes the time to help me understand what and why my body is acting the way that it is. Best of all! This doctor is 'not' arrogan t of her title Doctor. No put downs from her!!!

Very Pleased with her care
Dr Susan is a keeper! I am very sorry that the office she is in is being closed by Ascension. Due to a competitive clause she will not be permitted to practice within a 15 mile radius for 2 years….such a shame! A lateral transfer within the Ascension Network would be the perfect option…..???? This kind of clause is not uncommon, but is not good for our healthcare system….I’m a retired RN, who has worked for Ascension outside of IN for 30+ years. If it becomes possible to follow her to a new site I will, but must find another new Primary in just 6 months as my previous Primary retired from Ascension.

Dr Susan cares about her patients! She is very thorough and will try her best to treat your health problem. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Great but no appointment availability
Dr. Holec is wonderful but it’s very hard to get an appointment. Especially, when you need an appointment within a few days. Maybe she shouldn’t advertise that she’s taking new patients, when she doesn’t have availability for her present patients.

Great attention to detail
Dr Holec- Iwasko noticed a nail infection I've had for a long time , previous drs had " tried everything " to no avail and said to just get used to it . Susan prescribed three different medications and finally the infection is gone and my nails are healthy .
