Dr. Kemp is an outstanding caregiver. My husband and I are her patients. She cares and guides us through the maze of medical needs that we have. She and her staff are and have always been efficient and helpful.

Dr. Kemp was rude and over 1 hour late for the appointment. Walked in the door in a FOUL mood and took out her problems on me. Did not care about my health. Seemed hateful towards me. I even asked if I did something to offend her (I knew I had not). I think b/c she is a big lady and I am small she resented me for being petite. Will not ever go back.

I used Dr. Kemp for a very short time period. She has no concern for others time. She is rude. I referred a family member to her after first meeting with her because she comes across as very friendly but if you need help with an illness or need a physician who takes time to listen and makes individualized recommendations instead of assumptions then she is not the physician for you. Both myself and my relative have left her practice. Most of the office staff is rude as well.

Didn't want to listen or talk about anything concerning my chronic illness. Just kept asking "do you want me to order lab for you or do you need a prescription".

I am the husband of a former patient of Susan Kemp. My wife passed away on August 5, 2016. I have tried repeatedly to reach Dr. Kemp, with no luck. I was just trying to get some answers to questions about my wife's death. She was a patient of Susan Kemp for more then 5 years. I am having trouble rapping my head around the death of my 53 year old wife. And the fact that my wife, Susan Kemps patient has passed. Has not even warranted a condolence card. This escapes even my thought process.
