Dr. Susan Ladd-Snively, MD

I had a visit with Dr. Ladd and I randomly asked her about a fingernail that had been totally flat for quite a while. I didn't even expect an answer. She looked at it intently, asked me to jump on the exam table, listened to my heart & referred me to a cardiologist. I left heart arteries were 70% blocked and I needed a stent placed in my heart. Amazing Doctor and Staff. Everyone seemed to really care and listens to what is going on in my life. I have never had anyway explain to me in such detail what was going on with me. The nurse got me first stick for my blood work.

Doctor Ladd is a very special lady. Much less the most carrying doctor around. She has helped me for as long as I can remember. Hope she never quits. She needs to teach a class to all the doctors that just turn u into a number on there chart. The BEST

Dr. Ladd spent plenty of time with me, was warm and caring and her staff was professional and organized. She referred me for a serious GI issue when my previous GP kept saying it was nothing and ignoring my symptoms and pleas that something was wrong.

Horrible doctor, horrible bedside manner

While I think she's a knowledgeable Doctor, I feel that her bedside manner could use improvement. She has no personality whatsoever and is rather abrasive with young patients. I honestly think she doesn't like children. This is surprising as she has pictures of her own children literally ALL OVER the walls of her exam room.

I did not like that Dr. Ladd spent much of the time complaining about other patients (no HIPAA violation, just generalities) and the limitations of the computer system. It detracted from the focus on my issues and took up unnecessary time.
