Dr. Pansing provided a great experience. Considerate, caring and brilliant. They asked a lot of questions, and did a thorough evaluation. Very nice to find doctors that really care!

My husband and I saw this Dr. twice about some very serious symptoms he was experiencing.Although she listened to us, she did not seem to take his problems seriously.She didn't order any tests. She did ask to see him back, but when we returned she talked with us for a few minutes and quickly ended the appointment. She was quick to dismiss a previous diagnoses by another doctor, but did not offer any diagnoses or answers of her own. It seemed as if she didn't want to bother with more than an easy case.

I had an emergency situation with my mom who had been misdiagnosed in the emergency room with a migraine when she was actually having a stroke. Dr. Pansing’s office staff, especially Lesley, were amazing about helping me immediately, following up and getting me care right away with Dr. Pansing. Dr. Pansing jumped through incredible hoops to help my mom right when she needed it. She was caring, kind, patient, efficient and totally committed to helping my mom. The care my mom received was phenomenal. I recommend Dr. Pansing without hesitation.

Great initial visit with Dr. Pansing. She took a lot of time to understand my situation and discuss a potential diagnosis and next steps. Very engaging and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Pansing is the best neurologist I have ever worked with over the last 25 years! She is patient, stays up-to-date with new information and is always willing to strategize and come up with a game plan.

Our virtual visit was prompt. Questions were answered. We received a couple of suggestions, continue helping around the house, washing dishes, working on puzzles, and doing word search puzzles. We are drinking more smoothies and eating plant based foods.

Dr. Pansing was great. My first visit and she took the time to get to know me, listened to what I said, asked questions without interrupting, took her time to figure out my complaints/issues. I never felt rushed, trust her expertise, and felt totally comfortable. Dr. Pansing is very down to earth, has a sense of humor and a sincere desire to help, with no ego getting in the way. Her thoroughness is exemplary as well and I have no doubt she will help me. She sets the bar where it should be - high.

Communication with Dr. Pansing was a successful visit via doxime. The video session made possible due to COVID19 we are currently in, and the inability to step away from daily responsibilities with Family members has made it an important way of continuing my health care needs. I needed a new neurologist and was referred to Dr. Pansing. She was very thorough in discussing my ten year history of neurological disease during our first appointment. She listened well, asked me certain questions to make sure she understood and documented my history correctly. She was very thorough. We are going to stick to my current treatment plan. I feel like I'm in good hands. She's a smart doctor which can be hard to come by these days.

It was nice to find someone that new my prior Doctor, she recognized my symptoms just by looking at my face.

Dr. Pansing is thorough, knowledgeable and listens to her patients to determine to best medical trmt. She is compassionate and cares about her patients. She works timely and doesn't have her patients waiting long periods of time to be seen.
