Dr. Susan Rife, DO

So sad to be leaving practice, Cory is the best. I am currently an Advocate HMO patient and had to switch with the office change.. I called to have my records forwarded and Amanda couldn't of been nicer. Going to miss the great care Cory provided. Good Luck to all!

Dr. Rife and her Excellent Team have been taking great care of us since she opened her clinic - 20+ years (we followed her from another practice). They have been there for us during the pandemic and are just a phone call away! We always receive great service and recommended Dr. Rife to friends and family members. I first began seeing Cory Cunningham, who is kind, easy to talk to, and confident with the medical "issues" that I had. Dalton Sexton joined the practice. I called to make an appointment with Cory, but was told on my way to the appointment that I had the option of rescheduling with Cory, or coming into see Dalton. I was not happy about that, but I was in pain AND already on my way. So I had a visit with Dalton Sexton. He turned out to be just as wonderful, kind and in-the-know- as Cory. I've had several visits since with Dalton, I even spoke with him at length by phone on a Sunday to address pain management and several tests I was scheduled for. He is awesome. I miss Cory, but I am Dalton's new patient for sure! Staff is a little iffy sometimes in terms of making you feel like you are bothering them, but they aren't treating my medical needs so I can overlook that. :)

I had a 5 pm appt. 9/14/18 with Dr. Mark McKeigue. I took off an hour early to keep my appointment only to wait in the waiting room almost an hour. I was finally sent to a room only to be told the doctor will be with me in 30 to 40 minutes! I was furious and left. The nurse did ask me if I needed another appt. but this happened the first visit as well and this appointment took 3 weeks to get. It is inappropriate to overbook this doctor. Shame on all of you.

Office staff is not friendly, because of the office staff, we are looking for a new dr. Dr Rife is good just cant deal with how rude and unprofessional the staff are. They are the ones we talk to most.

I needed help getting my blood lab orders to the hospital. Rachael was great; she gave me information on the orders, faxed the orders to the lab, and made sure everything was where it needed to be so I did not have to go back and get my blood drawn again.

Horrible bedside manner. Lacks compassion
