Doctor Roche does not spend much time answering whatever questions or concerns you have.

Paid $750 for the initial consultation with the semi-retired specialist, and service overall was subpar. The front office staff, particularly Vivian, repeatedly failed to follow up on referrals and requests for information from the doctor. Following my consultation in October 2023 regarding migraines and TMJ, I received minimal assistance—a referral to Loma Linda Neurology, which was not accepting new patients. Due to the specialist's limited availability, it took weeks to find an alternative solution. Even then, it took two months for Vivian to send the necessary fax for the referral. Despite undergoing a sleep study via Loma Linda five weeks ago, I have yet to receive the results despite multiple inquiries. Vivian's explanations have been inconsistent and raise concerns about the office's accountability. Given the lack of progress and the significant financial investment, I will not schedule another appointment with Dr. Roche, especially considering $185 office fee. Past her prime.

Very friendly, good listener, explained dental exam up procedure thoroughly.she was very patient and understanding, sympathetic and kind, very knowledgeable and takes her time to get my dental even my medical history.. Dr. Roche is God sent.. God bless her and her staff. Her staff specially Serene is so attentive and efficient. Casey at front desk is so friendly and caring as well..

I like Dr. Roche, except for her responsiveness towards my concerns about her staff. In particular, I had great difficulty with follow through with her staff, one staff member specifically, when it came to rescheduling my annual appointment (year after year, for years), and in fulfilling the role as a liaison between my sleep specialist and the sleep study institution in arranging further care for me, or even communicating proper information.
