Office staff are always wonderful. My experience with Dr Ross has been extremely positive. I appreciate her compassion and ability to listen, and recommend a course of treatment. She has helped manage my care in a kind, and always professional, manner.

Terrible bedside manner. Unorganized. I went after I had already been successfully treated in NY before I moved to FL. I just needed a prescription for my anastrazole. The wait to see her is awful, and her knowledge seems very limited. My NY onocolgist was warm and wonderful while I was undergoing treatment. I would NEVER have gone to Dr. Ross while I still had cancer. She is really a bad doctor. I am finding a new Oncologist for the next time I need a refill. I have no faith in Dr. Ross.

What a joke, from the beginning, getting an appointment, scheduling treatments, follow up care non existent. Just found out my port was to be flushed every 6-8 weeks it's been 8 MONTHS! Totally , PISSED! By the way, learned about the port needing to be flushed from my primary care physician. This office has no idea about "continuity of care"!

Show up at Dr office only to tell me my opp was canceled by someone in their office and I would have to make a new one for 2 weeks later. Wasted my time had to borrow a car to start with. Then told to wait 2 week more to get results of ct scan. Don't go here

Waited for over an hour in the exam room! No apology and no explanation. Was very dismissive when I was voicing my medical concerns. I had to ask her 3 separate times to explain in layman's term. I left there feeling worse than when I came in. For an oncologist she seemed very disconnected with her patients. Where's the sympathy in the situation? I had to basically google everything myself to remain calm until exams come back. Thank goodness the staff is polite and courteous.
