I was referred to Dr Sees by the breast center in Paoli hospital. She was instructed to write order for biopsy. She did this, despite it not being necessary. She never bothered to check.

Amazing doctor!
My husband was in agonizing pain and we were treated by our local ER and told to follow up with their surgery group, who couldn’t see us for 2 weeks! His pain continued and was barely manageable and he developed a fever within 12 hours of leaving that ER. So we went to Paoli to see if they could help him and we had the luck of seeing Dr Sees. I couldn’t have asked for a more kind, gentle, caring doctor. She operated on him that next day, on a Saturday. She called me after the surgery to tell me how he was. I felt like someone actually cared about both of us after the worst ordeal he had ever been through. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable and compassionate, Dr Sees is the one for you.

Dr Sees is the best. She is very patience, understanding and answers all of your questions. She explains situations so you understand what she is saying and you don't leave her office thinking what is that. I would highly recommend her if you are in need of a surgeon.

I have nothing/no one to compare Dr Sees to as far as her skills but I could not imagine a better choice for a general surgeon. In fact in every aspect Dr Sees exceeded a "5 star performance". In my opinion, in my situation, she made it possible for me to leave the hospital and return to my family. How can you "rate" that? I have never had any trust in our medical system or any need to use it till my recent issue. Thanks to her and her "team" I have a high level of confidence in our medical system but more precisely her. I truly feel Dr Sees is the reason I am still here and with an appreciation for each day more then ever. I wanted to follow up with a personal thank you, a card and a rose for Dr Sees but my wife said that would be weird. By this review I am able to thank Dr Sees for being here to write this review. Even though my wife would say its weird .. I love Dr Sees and will forever appreciate what she did for me and my family. I'd say that deserves 5 stars!!! Thank you Dr.

Dr. Sees was the one who told me about my diagnosis. She was the one who helped me to get through the shock and explained my diagnosis and next steps in a lot of details. She was very patient, professional and attentive. She performed a surgery to place the port in for my future chemo. Due to Covid-19 her face was covered by the mask every time I saw her but I did not need to see her face to know she has a beautiful soul. I also had a pleasure working with Cheryl- a nurse navigator who was also very helpful. She called me often to explain what is needed, made the appointments for me and checked on me to make sure I am fine. Great team. Thank you both so much.

I was in Breast cancer remission for 23 years and out of the blue it came back . It was then I was referred to Dr Susan Sees, at the Paoli Hospital,PA, for my care. From the moment I met her I felt that I was in good hands. She had all the qualities I expect in a good surgeon. She is highly knowledgeable, soft spoken, good listener, caring and explained my situation in layman terms. She answered all my questions and never did I feel I was rushed. Her judgement was very accurate and I can say this because what she said about my diagnosis at my first visit was how it turned out to be after my surgery and followup with l my Oncologist. Thank you Dr.Sees for my care.

Was recommended to her by another doctor. I will not be returning for any follow up appts. She is a cold, detached and uncaring individual. Barely introduced herself. Kept me waiting for over an hour. Nurse say she always sees her surgical follow appts ahead of new patients no matter what my appt time was. Had not gone over my images prior to the appt even though she had them for a week. Immediately told me I needed surgery with only a cursory glance at my records

I had a bowel obstruction in 10/2016 and had to be operated on by Dr Sees at Brandywine hospital. I call her the miracle worker besides her great bed side manner. She is a wonderful surgeon!! I've heard so many stories about her after my surgery that people highly recommend her. #1 general surgeon
