Very dismissive and didn’t listen
It was a long wait, and when she did come in, it was a very short visit.Dr. Susan Sorosky minimized my pain and said that imaging doesn't equal pain, that I shouldn’t be having pain anywhere that looks normal on the imaging. And even the areas that were problematic, she said I shouldn’t be having pain there either.Basically said my pain wasn’t real and dismissed my concerns.I had my PT look over the physical therapy that she recommended, and some of it definitely wasn’t appropriate for someone with my conditions.

Great visit. Actually spent time reviewing my problem, both physically and records. Explained what needed to be done and scheduled tests. She was extremely friendly and not in a rush.

Dr SOROSKY Thoroughly explained my procedure today in detail. I was able to tolerate it without anesthesia. All the staff was very professional and very welcoming. I did not feel anxious, the setting was comfortable and I was made aware of all steps that we’re to be taken before and after the procedure was done.

I have had some long-standing back and neck issues. Dr. Sorosky was recommended by the Doctor Who took care of my knee replacement. It was refreshing to come into the office and see that she already had copies of my MRI. She took the time to discuss my situation, did a thorough physical exam, and came up with a plan that works for me.

I first started seeing Dr Susan about 10 years ago for some degenerative issues in my back. I did my best to control the situation with diet and exercise, however I recently find myself back here after about a seven year break. Attentive to my needs as always. Personable and friendly. One of my favorite medical providers (and the list is quite long) I recommend Desert Spine & Sports to anyone with musculoskeletal issues

Dr Susan is friendly, compassionate, thorough and left me with a clear understanding of next steps. At no time did it feel like I was being rushed through or that Dr Sorosky or her staff had limited time for me. Her staff was equally friendly and compassionate. I left feeling I was receiving first rate care!

Dr. Susan has a phenomenal demeanor. As patients we are suffering with pain and her caring attitude and thoughtful responses to our questions elicit a reassurance and positive expectation that our issue(s) will be carefully and expertly addressed resulting in less or no pain. My comments are based on this visit as well as my 3 prior appointments one of which was for a successful procedure in 2019. On another related note, her entire patient facing staff are friendly and courteous.
