Total lack of compassion
From the beginning it was a fiasco; from who was going to advise me of biopsy results to waiting a week and half to get an appt for the initial biopsy results because it was the first appt they had. I got disinformation and a lack of information. The office was cold and disorganized. I did know prior to going in the news I was going to get due to my own connections but the total lack of compassion, helpfulness, direction was appalling. I truly hope no one , no one... ever has to experience what I did. My only saving grace was having my family in the room with me which I insisted upon. We couldn't get out of that office quick enough. The sad thing is that I've always had great, compassionate care at Middlesex for regular things.

Dr Hong only wants your money
Please consider going elsewhere. Dr Hong is near robotic and does not have the appropriate bedside manner or empathy skills needed for this profession. She wants to harvest your insurance not treat the ill.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Hong?
Dr. Hong is a calm and caring medical professional. She explains things in a straightforward manner, welcomes all questions and is current on medical advances in the Oncology area. She knows her patients medical histories and support systems and makes certain what she prescribes is suitable for and actionable by her patients. If someone I knew received a recent cancer diagnosis, Dr. Hong is the first doctor I would highly recommend that they see and speak with.
