My sister has been a patient of hers for years. Dr. Agrawal's service has declined along with my sister's condition. Her office is not accessible and she is not good at follow-ups. We have been requesting equipment referrals, yet she has only offered evaluations which never happened. We're planning to move on.

Where do I begin… Every time I go to Dr. Agrawal’s office, I never leave feeling like I received the care I would have liked to get from both Dr. Agrawal and the front desk staff person. The doctor has never truly listened to my concerns; she has always told me what to do instead of hearing me out and working with me to come up with different options. I had issues with her lack of bedside manner- the way she said things always rubbed me the wrong way and her aforementioned lack of listening ski

I asked today if I could record on my cell phone, the questions I had for her and her replies so I could refer to them later, and she refused to allow me to record. Then, I explained I was having severe, frequent chest pains (one of the reasons I was there) and all she did was put a stethoscope to my heart and say, I'm fine and would not send me to a specialist or for any further testing. She was so bad I demanded my co-payment back before I left the office. The worst dr ever!

An overall horrible experience. I went to see her about something serious, unrelated to weight and she kept saying that I needed to lose weight. I began working on my weight before I saw her and lost 20lbs on my own and still had the problem that is why I made an appointment with her. She did not address my concern AT ALL, she told me that I was young and to get over it! She only spent about 3-5 minutes with me.
