I would never recommend this Dr , she was always late , rude, turns sideways when talking to you. Has no compassion what so ever. Cares more about looking in the mirror at herself. Told my husband his cancer had spread and in her tone of voice she said sorry about that. At that point we changed Dr.

Best of 3 oncologists I've had and very informative about my cancer. Instead of receiving unnecessary treatments this is a second opinion I should have gotten a year ago.

Just an update on my quest to change oncologists at lakeland regional medical center. My request for a change has apparently fallen on deaf ears. Case manager never returned my call. Switching to Moffitt Cancer Center for future care upon completion of current chemo treatments

She has been late to every appointment so far. She always seems rushed. She's rude. Doesn't explain things in a way you can understand unless you're another Dr. Seems put out if you ask questions. When she's feels she's done she doesn't ask if you have any questions done she just turns her back and leaves the room. This is my life and it would be nice if I felt she cared, even a little bit. I've tried to look past this and just trust her knowledge and hope things would change, after 3 visits and nothing has! If you want to be informed and/or cared about I DO NOT recommend this Dr...

Do you like to be dismissed and disrespected by your doctor? Do you like a doctor who solidifies her final words by turning her back and running away? Then this is the doctor for you.

I found Dr. Nakka to be very caring and engaging. She took the time to welcome my family member with me stating she encouraged family members to be involved with patient treatment. She was very thorough in her exam and took time to answer my questions. If it is determined I do have Lymphoma, I am thankful Dr. Nakka will be my Oncologist.

She was short, rude, and did not want to answer questions. She had to be asked about several points of the follow-up which clearly showed she was not prepared (nor did she care) for the apt. Her staff is even short with you on the phone. She could not explain my health concerns in "plain English" and I am sure most if not all of her patients did not attend med school. So, if I could understand the medical words she was using to describe my problem it might have been helpful. Go elsewhere.
