Had knee revision in October. Old back Surgery started acting up. Dr Shenava gave me 100% relief.. Very Professional, injection working very well.

He cancelled my 1:30 appt at NOON after I was already in the building, had already spoken to one of the ladies for an early check-in, and told me to come back next week. I live about an hour and a half away.

I have been seeing Dr. Shenava for lower back pain issues that I’ve been experiencing for sometime. Within two visits, we had a plan of treatment that has provided life-changing relief. I find him to be very patient with questions, knowledgeable, and he has put me at ease when performing the procedures. I would highly recommend him.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience with Dr. Shenava. Unfortunately, my visit fell short of professional expectations in several key areas.Firstly, I encountered a significant lack of knowledge during the appointment. Dr. Shenava appeared unfamiliar with fundamental aspects of my husband's condition, which was disconcerting given the specialist nature of the visit. This lack of expertise not only compromised the quality of care but also left me feeling uncertain about the treatment plan and his overall health management.Moreover, Dr. Shenava demonstrated poor bedside manners throughout the visit. The interaction was marked by a noticeable lack of empathy and professionalism. Effective communication is a cornerstone of good medical practice, and the dismissive attitude exhibited hindered the establishment of a trusting patient-doctor relationship.Perhaps most troubling was the doctor’s inability or unwillingness to address any of my questions.

He's very knowledgeable and straight forward to the point.

Dr. Shenava's professionalism exceeded my expectations. His expertise not only addressed my pain but also provided me with effective solutions. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Shenava to anyone seeking compassionate care and lasting relief.

Very knowledgeable about what the plan was. He made sure that I was aware of my options and what the next step would be if the first plan did not work. He was able to get my pain better controlled after just a few visits.

Dr. Shenava explained his plan of care and executed it. I'm back to work and basically pain free. I would recommend him to anyone with pain!

Seeing Dr. Shenava has changed my life after 20 years of pain. I had several accidents and injuries over the years that left me with back, neck and leg pain. Along with other issues. Dr. Shenava gave me real hope for a better life without having to have rods put in my back and neck. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I believe he truly cares about the wellness of his patients.

I was sent to several Drs before ending up at Insight. I was told they would not fill the prescriptions my ortho & FP had me on but was going to prescribe something I had never taken before. That prescription never materialized. They got paid to have me show up and did absolutely nothing to help me. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I called numerous times and NEVER got a callback

I changed pain management clinics due to an insurance change. I had no issues at Mclaren PM, I was going every other month because I successfully met their requirements.My insurance recommended Dr. Sushruth Shenava at Insight. After meeting prerequisites including having Mclaren discharge me, I was seen in 5 weeks & when meeting Dr. Sushruth Shenava was asked “what are you here for?” I said…”pain management or what should be called; pain pill management” with a smile.He was a little put off & said that they are not only a PM clinic (he is a doctor of anesthesiology) at that point, I started to realize he was not having the best of days.We went over my history which included venous stasis & calcinosis cutis, visits to U of M of detailed treatment. I asked him if he was familiar with calcinosis cutis; again he seemed put off.He asked if I had ulcers and wanted to see them. I thought that was a bit unusual just from my experience from Mclaren p.m. But I had no issues pulling back

I had a great experience with Dr. Sushruth Shenava. He made me feel welcomed. Most of all I didn't feel overwhelmed. He told me what my insurance would pay for first and we should take my treatment one step at a time and that we will get through all of my ailments.

After 20 years of back pain and just dealing with it, it got to a point of legs giving out, nerve pain, and just not living life. I was so nervous to have any procedures on my back, but finally sought help. Dr. Shenava set my mind at ease, and has helped me immensely and I'm up living life again. I have and will continue to recommend this amazing Doctor.

This dr. was rude to me from the 1st visit. he showed no compassion or care for my pain...n discharged me as a patient for no reason, while I was in the midst of a medical crisis. PATIENTS BEWARE! this Dr. abandoned me w/o any notice, them made it so I couldn't find help anywhere else!

I have been having a significant amount of pain in my shoulder. I met with Dr. S. last week. We decided to try a shot along with physical therapy. Had the shot today and it was practically painless. He was very honest with me that I may have some relief, but need to follow up with an ortho doc.

I have been seeing Dr. Shenava for my bilateral knee pain, he started with injections that were really painless and helped significantly, since that time he has assisted me in reducing my pain meds. He has always been very caring and easy to talk to, he has in the past followed up with a phone call to me the next day because he was concerned about something I had told him, this kind of care is not something as common as it once was. I would recommend Insight to others Dr. Shenava!
