She is an awesome doctor! She is always so attentive and truly cares about her patients. I would recommend her!

Dr Susie Nguyen is a kind and compassionate doctor. She listens to your concerns and helped me monitor my high blood pressure. She and her staff were thorough and efficient.

I was going to be about 5 minutes late due to an emergency with husband in another hospital. They said that did not matter I was not gonna be seen. Rude and was hung up on. Sounds like the staff has no compassion.

Dr. Nguyen is an amazing Physician. She is very caring, compassionate & takes her time with her patients.

English is not 1st language. Commicating with inept staff is difficult, as they speak little english. Treats patients for chronic pain and then drops them without even taking calls. She insists that I come in, so that she can bill my insurance for a "Dr. Visit." I urge all potential patients to find ANOTHER REAL DOCTOR!!!

This Dr is a danger to the community. This Dr put me on a bunch of meds that I truly needed. A year later, she calls me the morning of the appt and tells me she will no longer fill my meds and to find another Dr. She had a patient stop controlled substances cold turkey without so much as a replacement. How do you think that goes for someone with debilitating anxiety? She is a danger to the community and anyone with mental health. STAY AWAY!

I have been really impressed with Dr. Susie Nguyen. She is very thorough and explains everything to you. I will be happy to refer others to her.

Dr. Susie Nguyen's office staff doesn't get things done, waited months for a referral, and when I talked to the Dr about it she made excuses. She requires me to come in way too often and when I went in less than a month ago and saw her husband because she was out, he told me I'm on too many meds (all prescribed by his wife) and that he couldn't help me, then denied all my refill requests. I'm over it and now that I have a PPO, I'll be finding someone better.

The waits are long but they will be with such a good doctor. She is attentive and wants to help you find the best treatment. She always returns calls after hours and even calls when the test results come in. She is there for you as she has been for me for 6 years.

Very long waits -- 1-2 hours just to get in exam room every time. She's over-booked, rushed and doesn't listen. Has not been willing to investigate. After being a patient for more than a year I still feel horrible and I'm no closer to getting any answers or help. Her P.A. was even worse; started lecturing me without getting any information at all. Their waiting room is very uncomfortable, which may seem trivial, but indicates attitude of the practice toward patients. Now looking for new doctor.
