I've been seeing Dr Bruce for about five years and she has the most exacting, adept hand in the business. Never a bruise (and I've had a lot of botulinum toxin and fillers). Her staff is delightful and Cassie is the best for product knowledge and samples. Sonya is the best facial massager and treatment provider ever. Top grades to everyone!

Consultation was horrendous. Huge infomercial first for their products. The speed was 75% of my appointment time. then they Sent me for Mohs treatment/removal of cancerous bumps on my chest. A new mom of twins, I was beside myself for the 10 days I waited for an appointment. I was convinced by their demeanors it was already too late for me. (Another doctor came in to discuss my chest also and both looked grim). Finally got in with The Mohs expert, Dr. Price, and he said, from across the room, nothing on your chest to worry about but you have a cancerous legion on your nose. Across the room and ZERO equipment…just his eyes. Suzanne Bruce’s office caused me 10 days of suffering because they don’t know what skin cancer looks like. Besides seeing cancer where there was none they MISSED a cancerous legions on my nose! And did they follow up? Of course not, but maybe if I had bought their overpriced products….. I wouldn’t trust them again. Too many great dermatologists out there.

I went to see Dr. Bruce for hair loss. She didn’t even want to examine my scalp. She referred me to see a plastic surgeon for hair transplant which I’m not even a candidate for. She seemed clueless about hair loss.

I have been coming to Suzanne Bruce and Associates for many years. This is a top notch practice. Everyone you come in contact with is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My skin has never looked better.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE. i WAS TOLD I NEEDED 3 BIOPSIES AND WAS REFUSED MEDICATION TO HELP THROUGH THE PROCEDURE!

Trying to schedule appt and getting needed info. to verify insurance coverage was like trying to uncover a national secret. I had to get my dermatologist to contact SBA to get the needed info. It took about 5 phone calls back and forth. Ridiculous. The insurance dept. has never returned my request for someone in that dept. to contact me. The staff at the Katy office is great, but the phones and other depts. are at the Galleria office(so I have been told.) Having proc. done elsewhere.
