This doctor is horrible! I’m actually reporting her to the DOH and would like it publicly known that she doesn’t seem to care about her patients as a doctor who took an oath to care for people should! I would hate for anyone else to go through what she has put our family through! My father has been a patient of hers for years. The last 3 years you would think that she would have noticed differences in his cognitive decline, but either she didn’t notice or she neglected to recognize them. It took his family to raise concerns to get his cognition tested and even then, it took at least a year for him to get a definitive diagnosis. That was in September. These last couple of weeks we’ve reached out to her and her office numerous times with concerns that he’s having trouble swallowing which she chopped up as “panic attacks”, I don’t think panic attacks causes a person to choke on food, last more than half a day, and create large amount of thick phlegm, but we’re all just nurses! We have taken him to the ER twice and absolutely NO follow up from this office was done! When we did get into contact with the on-call nurse, she then read from the triage book to treat the common cold! Maybe it’s because we are family and are seeing our father struggle to breath, tell us he’s scared and in a huge amount of pain everyday that I’m making this review, but maybe honestly I feel that this doctor has neglected the care of her patient, maybe more, and I don’t feel that she should be practicing in healthcare anymore if she seems to shove her patients into the back of the closet!

Dr. El-Attar was anything but positive, i wish i can write -10 stars. She is dismissive, refuses to take time, quite sure improperly diagnosed me and lastly bedside patient care is poor. Clearly needs some training on people relations, or a break.

I have been her patient for quite a few years and always find her calm low-key approach and clear information to be a good counter to my occasional bouts of white-coat phobia. I wish that the clinic system made caregivers more easily accessible, but find Dr. El-Attar and her team helpful and responsive. I have recommended her on several occasions.

I echo what has been said above. Suzanne El-Attar is dismissive and arrogant. She does not listen and does not consider contextual factors in treating a patient. After speaking to several individuals about their physicians I have come to realize that she is providing a low quality of care.

I was assigned to Dr. El-Attar after my other doctor left the UW system. I found her helpful and willing to listen which is important when you health is as screwy and weird as mine is. I look forward to working with her in the future.

We were randomly assigned to this Dr El-Attar for urgent visit, our regular pediatrician not available, My kid was experiencing abominable pain, Dr didn't do anything. I felt like she was treating me ( mother) as a person who was standing on the way. I had a concern and requested for a test. It didn't seem like she was happy with my request. I am never going to see this Dr again, would rather go to emergency room and see any other DR.

I was randomly assigned to Dr. El-Attar at the Shoreilne Clinic. I suspected I had a concussion, but she was very dismissive of my concerns and symptoms. Spent less than 10 minutes with me, didn't really tell me much of how to handle my concussion (since I guess she didn't believe I had one). I ended up having to go back to urgent care 4 days later.
