She needs to stop practice as MD
We had truly horrific experience. Multiple surgeries and all failed. It was beyond traumatic experience for the entire family! I hope she will find good heart in herself and will stop medical practice all together.

when i called for appointment office secretary was very rude . she did not want to listen to me or let me explain .Very Very rude .never recommend to any one for that office .

I'll admit that my first impression was not the best but once we spoke with Dr. Flom for a bit longer we were completely comfortable with her performing surgery on our child. Dr. Flom can be soft spoken. I don't need a surgeon who is known for her outgoing personality. I need a surgeon who is steady, confident, and competent in the operating room. Dr. Flom met all of our expectations and we would highly recommend her to others.

The woman answering the phone to make appointments is extremely rude, her only concern was what insurance we had. When I asked to speak to someone else she said she was the only person, she proceeded to hang up on me. I would NEVER expect such treatment, she never even asked what the issue was only cared abut insurance of which I have a great policy.

The worst urologist ever. So cold and bitter. Stay away from her if you can. I will never ever recommend this woman to even my enemy. The rest of the office staff was great. Maybe advocate should look into getting a better urologist especially when dealing with a pediatric population.

Rude and condescending. We came to her with a serious issue affecting our young baby and we were talked to as if we were children. The experience was extremely upsetting to our family and is forcing us to seek out another pediatric urologist. Preferably one outside of the Advocate network.
