I scheduled an appointment with Dr Krishanmoorthy via our online system and couldn't download the appropriate tool to do VC. Dr Krishnamoorthy and I ended up connecting via the phone. Because we couldn't do it through the appropriate channel, she couldn't get paid. She took on my case pro bono nonetheless. She listened to my concerns, addressed all potential issues. She followed up with me multiple times. Overall, really amazing experience!!!

Her office refused to see our son because he is a college student and is away at school most of the year. Even though we told her office that he has care at school and that he would be back next summer for good and he needed care here as well, they still refused to see him this summer because basically it wasn't worth their time or profitable enough for them. We could not believe we were told this.
