I have been with Dr Mattox for approximately 20 years. She was referred to me by a friend. I value her so much that I've had both my parents and my daughter begin to see her. It is rare that I will get seen on time, but what is important to me is that she is thorough, caring and compassionate.

She does not communicate well. She seems to not care about her job anymore. I do not trust her judgement. She is not thorough.

For years my insurance was such that I needed to change doctors frequently, so I had seen many doctors. Once I began going to Dr. Mattox, I was careful to select my insurance based on whether or not she was part of the plan. I loved that she spends time getting to know her patients and their medical needs. And of course, Dr. Mattox keeps up with current trends.

Dr. Mattox is very kind and thoughtful. She listens to me and evaluates my medical needs and offers advice in a clear and understandable manner. I also appreciate that I have never had to wait past my appointment time to be seen, and I find her nurse and staff to be very efficient and pleasant. Her office at KMH is also very convenient, with indoor parking and an easy access ramp from the garage to the building. I highly recommend Dr. Mattox.

Have been going to Dr. Mattox for 10+ years, but recently she has become a bit snippy and 'short' with various remarks. I'm disappointed, and starting to shop around for a new physician.
