Horrible doctor and horrible person. I told her personal health information that was difficult to share and at the next appointment she uses it against me to insult me. I walked out and told everyone I knew to stay away from the baptist health system. I was there at that appt to talk about chronic pain I was having but never got to it because she was too busy talking over me and being rude. After I left and severed the pcp relationship and I was on my own dealing with my issues and it took months before I was comfortable enough to see another physician. Turns out I have cancer, which was causing all of my symptoms. Had Dr. mcbride put aside her ego for two minutes it could have been detected sooner. Do not go to her.

Dr. Suzanne McBride sets the standard for what a great Doctor should be ! My family has seen her as our PCP for 8 to 9 years and we Love her ! She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and very thorough. She actually KNOWS her patients health history and knows who you are. She always has a caring, comforting warm smile when she enters your exam room and thru your visit. She has always taken the time to answer all questions and concerns. She is the BEST doctor I have ever had and most likely ever will have. She truly sets the bar. Sad to say she is moving to Pensacola... She is a one of a kind excellent doctor ! Pensacola will be So fortunate to have her .. My family will certainly be at a loss without her and her Great care ! We will miss you Dr. McBride !

After 12 years I had the leave this practice. Rude, disrespectful, loud, will not listen to patients, who does she think she is? I have found a new primary care doctor who is the total opposite!!

I have been a patient of Dr. McBride for 6 years. She has always been very thorough and listens to my concerns. She is always pleasant and takes the time to answer my questions.

I don’t know what doctor these 5 star reviews saw, but it couldn’t have been the woman I just met. She talked so much I don’t know how she was breathing. In the 15 minutes she was in the room for my new patient appt. I was only able to say maybe 2 sentences. She dismissed my concerns as if I were a child. Do not use this doctor.

Dr. McBride is a very good doctor who takes the time to listen and fully assess her patients. Great bedside manner- she explains everything sitting next to you. She does spend time with each patient which makes the wait time about 30 mins but her care is worth the wait.

Dr. McBride is, without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever seen, and I am almost 65. She is very very thorough, keeps track of my history, and explains everything. She is an excellent doctor.
