She is the best doctor in the practice. Attentive , caring, deals well with patients, staff.But the most important knowlegeable.

We always have to wait two hours + and she will spend only 2 min . It feels like she is running and not listening to our concerns. Didn’t solve our problem. It made it much worse. I do not recommend her.

I fact, my experience, along with multiple family members is that she is Great?? Her staff [With exception of one horrible receptionist] is very polite, professional, and competent. Dr. Merkle’s analytical skill set and experience far exceeds general practitioners in her field.

Dr. Merkle takes time with her patients and is very through. She is by far the best I have been to and is well worth the wait. I changed to a practice closer to my home and after one appointment with them I went right back to Dr. Merkle. I learned my lesson. I won’t do that again.

I recently made an appointment. Got several texts asking me to confirm for appointments I never made, and wasn't free for. When I called they said the only appointment I ever had was one I absolutely did not make. When I asked about the multiple texts from their office receptionist said other people must have my same phone number??! That's impossible...its a PHONE NUMBER! They overbook then move appointments without asking and blame the patient. See someone else!

Dr. Merkle's always takes her time when getting to you, but this is because she actually cares about her patient's. I always have a hard time ending our conversations and opposed to the other doctors she is a bit more gentle. Would refer her to all great woman and even remembers you genuinely, not your basic weathers nice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Merkel for at least six years - Yes, the wait time before seeing her can sometimes be long; but this is because Dr. Merkle is totally engaged with her patients, she takes time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly explains what can be done as well as provide you with possible options to ensure that her patients are receiving the best care. She is extremely kind and patient. She always asks how are you doing and do you need anything else.

Dr. Merkle is a pleasant, caring doctor; however, time spent waiting to see her can sometimes result in an hour or more. There are several doctors in her practice, and I believe they over-book. Upon occasion there is no seat to be had in their large waiting room. Very discouraging office visit.
