I was treated rudely by office manager Toni.
I was treated very rudely by office manager Toni. Office is disorganized. Cannot get meds and referrals in time. Impossible to get appointments, even for severe problems. Conversations end badly. Manager belittled me, gaslighted me, and projected her shortcomings onto me. I am right now in pain and they haven’t send referral to specialist, giving me an appointment 5 weeks from now. Totally unprofessional.

Love Dr. Tingley. Always listens, uses the path of least resistance but truly cares about solving a problem correctly, and in a way that will be appropriate for you and your body. Great doctor.

New in area and needed to find a local PCP. Based on a recommendation, I saw Dr. Tingley and had a new patient physical and exam. I was very pleased to find that Dr. Tingley provided a very thorough exam and was very attentive and personable. It is a relief to find a skilled and congenial new local physician for my routine medical needs.

The first time I brought both children for physicals. Only 1 ended up getting a physical, because she was new to the practice I wanted her to know of one of my children's history, ended up not doing what she was there for, and having tunnel vision on a problem I wasn't even concerned with (just giving a heads up, that we were aware of the problem) She was not even concerned with another issue that was more serious in nature. Brought child for sinus infection, told "let your body fight it"
