I have never had a doctor as awful as she was. She was rude and very unorganized. It was not uncommon for her to lose my paperwork or not have me on her schedule, even after I called to confirm. Upon arriving to my appointment one month, she left a hand written note on an envelope stating she would be back in an hour... more then two hours later she showed up, no apology, no explanation. There are caring, dedicated doctors in Rochester, she simply is NOT one. Zero stars if it was allowed.

Dr Trounina has been great, she explains in detail what next steps are so you can prepare yourself. She is a very pleasant person, but does not put up with shenanigans. 10/10 I would recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Trounina has been vital in my transition off long-term pain medication use. From day one,she sat patiently with me and thoroughly explained all my options for treatment and their pros and cons. She's is straightforward, but kind, and certainly very intelligent and competent. The first time I called the office,SHE answered the phone (doctors NEVER do that) and patiently (without haven't seen me yet) answered my questions and my concerns and even came in on the wknd to see me that next day.

I go to this doctor for suboxone treatment. It was the easiest and quickest way to receive this medicine. I'm so grateful for her services. And her assistant Tammy is the best receptionist ever.

I read a lot of reviews and did as much research as I could before calling to set up an initial consultation with Dr. Trounina. I would highly recommend Dr. Trounina for your pain management needs. She is very understanding & easy to talk to. She has great feedback & advice when presented with a problem. Being honest with her is the only way to get proper treatment. She has an extremely clean facility & her staff (Tammy) is an outstanding, friendly, personable assistant. Once again

Do not see this doctor. Run the other way even if you are desperate. She not discuss quality of life with pain. Cut my pain meds 85% first visit without my knowledge sending me into monthlong withdrawal without help. Cut additional 80% second visit with same result. She is Very disorganized. Must have gotten her MD on the Internet. Her only goal is to get you off any meds immediately with no concern for pain management. She is worthless and should have her license revoked.
