Dr. Swapan Banerjee, MD

I have been going to Dr. Banerjee for about 7 years now. I always had a good experience. Didn't have to wait in the waiting area forever. You go in and in a few minutes he's there. I really love going here. And office people are also helpful, too!!!!!!

Dr. Banerjee has helped my family and I so many times. When we were without insurance he would see us for a good rate and try to give us samples or a prescription discount card. I've talked to Dr. Banerjee about a wide variety of medical issued and he's never failed to help me. Slow? They may not be the fastest, but they are aging and will never fail to see you the same day. I appreciate Dr. Banerjee and his wife, who is also an MD and worked in the medical center for years.

I walk in the office and the receptionist is talking to a patient on the phone about how she needs to listen to her voicemail instead of calling back. So she wouldn't have to repeat herself. Then ten minutes later a patient comes in late for his appointment and she told him in a rude manner to sit down and she will try to fit him in between patients. Then she rambles on in an impolite manner about he needs to call if he is going to be late or not show up. She broke so many HIPPA violations!

Can see you quick instead of waiting a week elsewhere, have been seeing Dr Banergee for at least 12 years, people that are leaving negative reviews possibly wanted something prescribed are a treatment he felt they didn't need and they weren't happy about it, as he is very cautious and conservative on what he warrants as needed the staff has always been very courteous and understanding but do get very busy and may get to be direct and to the point at times as we all do

Not good.. was very rude. I don't pay anyone to be rude to me.

A slow doctor, who does not explain the treatment plan & options to the patient too well. The receptionist who is also serves as the nurse is curt and rude at best. Dealing with her is painful when the patient is sick. There is no other way to reach the office but through her. I am done with this doctor.
