Outstanding Spinal Decompression Surgery
I’m an 80 year old male weighing 290 pounds. I was on heavy doses of Gabapentin for many years for lower back pain. My legs would go numb to the point I don’t know when I lost my sandals. Other doctors in St Louis would not touch me until I lowered my BMI. I couldn’t regardless of how much I tried. I was even making arrangements on traveling to Florida for this procedure when I heard of Dr Sinha. It’s been over one year since my operation and I’m still feeling 150% better. I haven’t required a pain pill since the operation. The operation began at noon. I was home sleeping in my own bed that evening. I can’t thank Dr Sinha enough. If you are concern, don’t be. He will take outstanding care of you.

Five stars Definitely fixed my back
I had a back injury 12 years ago. I lived with the pain every day until I couldn’t sit down with out blacking out from the pain. He done the surgery in September now in December I have little to no pain at all. Honestly I never would have thought surgery would have taken so much pain away. I guess my only regret is that I didn’t see him sooner.

Did my fusion surgery a few years ago. At first things were ok, now I have worsening pain with nerve damage. Would not do this surgery again. Arthritis and pain above and below fusion happens but I was not told it would.

I had anterior cervical discectomy fusion with Dr. Sinha. I am beyond thrilled with my outcome. I feel Dr. Sinha has a huge talent to mix with his training & education! I had wonderful care at Southern IL Orthopaedic in Herrin. I was sorry to hear he left, but I am sure with his talent he is a “wanted” doctor!

I ended up having to have a disc replaced in my neck due to an auto accident. Because of a compressed nerve, I was losing the use of my left arm and hand. The pain and discomfort just kept increasing. Before surgery, my level of pain was nearing a 9 on a scale of 1-10. Right after surgery, the level was a 4, and within six weeks, my pain was completely gone. I have been able to resume normal activities in my life and am rapidly returning to how I was before the accident. I am very pleased!

I'm a 29 year old male who has experienced lower back pain for the past 7-8 years. Over this time period I have tried every non surgical option available with no success. When sciatic pain set in, I knew I needed to explore surgical options. After consulting 3 separate opinions from surgeons about my condition, I chose Dr. Sinha to perform my laminectomy/discectomy at L4/L5. Besides getting married and having my son it was the best decision I've made in my life. 100% recommend him and his staff.

I went to the initial appointment afraid that a surgeon would naturally promote surgery so I was pretty skeptical regarding his recommendation (and told him so...). His manner was so sincere and his explanations so convincing that I agreed to the surgery. Very glad I did! He quite literally gave me back my life. My only regret is that I didn't act on the referral sooner.

Dr. Sinha was not only a blessing but I feel he saved my life from chronic pain. If I hadn't seen him I would've never known I had Klippel-Feil Syndrome. It's what was causing all the pain. 2 neck surgeries and 1 low back and I literally feel like I have a brand new body. I will never be able to thank Dr. Sinha enough. I would recommend him to anyone and I have. The entire staff is also very professional and very friendly. Thank you Dr. Sinha and staff.

I felt respected and listened to when I worked with Dr. Sinha. I appreciated that he didn't push me in any way towards his own agenda but asked what I was looking for, outcome wise. He was very professional but at the same time easy to talk with. He never seemed to talk over my head and put his thoughts into words a non-doctor like myself could understand.

I trusted Dr. Sinha going into my neck surgery. He was intelligent & highly recommended. However, I woke up from my surgery with a new extreme pain in my left thumb. Most of a year later, my thumb is numb, as is most of my left arm. After 3 months of physical therapy my right arm was stuck at 50% strength. The worst part is he really didn't care. He said it was a nerve impingement and would go away. Wrong. I requested nerve testing. He eagerly agreed and said I'd be contacted, but I never was.
