Can't do the Basics
Staff was incredibly inept. Making an appointment was incredibly over the top difficult. Kept asking me to repeat myself. It was clear the receptionist was distracted and when I voiced my frustration, she accused ME of being rude (after I had to repeat my date of birth and last name five times). Then on top of all of this, they somehow didn't take my insurance information correctly so then insisted I take a photo of my card to send to them. These people can't even do the basics.

Dr. Alam is an awesome physician.
Dr. Alam has a very wide knowledge base in other medical specialties. He was even familiar with my husband’s very rare kidney disease. He even knew about the medications associated with this disease. He was kind and caring. He spent plenty of time with us on our first visit. We are fortunate to have found such a fine doctor.

Dr Alam is great! However is office staff is horrible. They do not answer the phone. It just rings and rings. If they do answer and say they will return your call, don’t hold your breath. It doesn’t happen! They may say they have called you, and you may sit by the phone and wait, but don’t waste your time. Dr. Alam and his nurse are lovely people and very good at their jobs.

Dr. Alam has treated our whole family and we are forever grateful to him for his care and compassion he has given to each family member. He goes above and beyond any other doctor we have had. Having him is like having him as a part of our family. Highly recommend him.

Dr Alam is the kindest, most caring Dr I've ever met. I had to spend a month in KMC, and this Dr checked on me long after his services were required. My last name is Lavender, and the color of my chart was the same. Although I was moved many times he would see that chart and come by my room. Always comforting. To know this good man is to love him! Guess you see why I give him 5 stars. Lol
