Really useless doctor... I visited their office (they are part of network) for an annual check-up - its supposed to be free. They first sent a $400 bill. After number of calls and voice mails, they sent another $140 bill. Finally, billing dept Manager answered my call and she said she will correct the problem. Two and half year later, I received a call from collection agency for this payment. Billing dept refuses to answer my call. Does not explain why annual visit billed incorrectly
