This office does NOT care about ur mental health or well-being AT ALL! They have ridiculous rules & their billing is CONSTANTLY wrong, which can & DOES result in them cancelling ur app.s w/out telling u UNTIL u show 4 ur scheduled app. & THEN they'll tell u the dr had cancelled it & will not see u until u pay up! WHICH BTW: I owed them NOTHING, but ONCE AGAIN they were trying 2 charge me due 2 THIER billing errors & were willing 2 run me out of my meds that I HAVE 2 take - they do NOT care!

Never responded to my question in regards to medication dosage to my kids. This was critical to the health and safety of my child.

Doctor has been helpful over the years although his recent staff has been very unprofessional-disappointed to hear when calling recently he will not be sering patients one on one but a resident will be seeing my child now..no written letter via mail or e-mail was given regarding this.

Dr Mustafa and his staff have complete disregard for their patient's mental health. They do not return urgent phone calls and are either extremely incompetent or deliberately negligent. I have been diagnosed with bipolar and it important that I take my medications daily. I have been trying for the last ten days to get a refill prescription by physically going to thirst office, repeated phone calls, the pharmacy calling all to no avail. I have made at least 7 calls and have had no response
