Dr. Syed Quadri, DO

I really like Dr. Quadri. He has always taken his time and listened to me. My pain is kept under control and I am able to live a somewhat pain free life (to a point that is). However, I cannot understand how it is, after all the negative reviews about his staff, that they are still there. They certainly haven’t changed. Does he believe that we are simply angry and leaving these comments on a whim? Dr. Quadri, every single comment that has been posted about your staff, about calls not being returned and about them being horribly rude and disrespectful to us? It’s ALL TRUE! Don’t you care? You confronted me saying that I cancelled an appointment at the surgical center earlier this year. I didn’t do that, Damita did! She must have said that I canceled it. ! Then she refused to make an appointment for me to see you! I had to leave a review before your assistant called me and TOLD ME TO TAKE IT DOWN! before I could get an appointment with you! I thought that you didn’t want to see me anymor

He is the absolute best. He listens ,spends time with each patient and he knows his business.

Numerous calls that were never answered. Numerous messages left and never got a return call. Makes me wonder if they care at all about their patients when a simple phone call is to much to expect from this office.

Dr Quadri listens to me. He makes eye contact and addresses my concerns. So many doctors I’ve had in the past never even look in my direction. They rush in with a quick hello, no eye contact, sits down and stares at the computer. Not Dr Quadri! He hears what I have to say. He takes notice of where I’m having pain. He also is more than happy to recommend stretches or exercises that can help instead of just handing out meds like others. I’m not there to get meds and leave. I’m there to learn what I can do in addition to procedures and medication. I am blessed to come across this doctor! My nurse practitioner Josephine is fantastic as well. Her mannerisms are in the same area as Dr Quadri’s. She’s fantastic! The only thing I didn’t care for was the receptionist… good news!! There is someone new taking calls and checking people in. No complaints at all with this healthcare team!!

I've been seeing Doctor Quadri for 2.5 years. His bed side manner is so wonderful. He's kind and he takes the time to listen to you. He's helped me a lot with pain management shots. As far as his staff goes they do a good job. Like all staff these days they are very busy 100% of the time. Dr. Quadri is the best.

The Doctor was great. Spent time explaining the problems with my spine. However, his office staff subpar. Here’s why! Poor communication, poor follow up. Had to call to find out information about getting the treatment doctor advised I needed. Which wasn’t drugs. I am not and didn’t want narcotics. Over a three week time span I would call them just to find out more information needed, which they didn’t notify me. Delay in care. They just didn’t care! The final straw was conversation with Danita who was RUDE. Confrontational and I caught her in several lies. Judge for yourself my first visit I thought they were great after that it all went downhill don’t get me wrong the doctor’s awesome but you have to by his staff. I left a message for the office manager call me it’s been 24hours and still haven’t heard from anybody If their office manager reads this or anybody in upper management races and has a concern they can call me.

I am absolutely thankful I was sent doctor Quadri almost two years ago when I didn’t know where to turn with debilitating pain. He has helped me every step of the way through all my pain, fears, worries, questions, doubts, and makes me feel happy every time I walk out of his office. He has INCREDIBLE bedside manor, you will NEVER feel rushed he takes his time with all of his patients present in each room so if you ever feel like you have to wait it’s only because he genuinely listens and takes time with each patient he’s worth the wait I always tell him. He actually listens and he has the most amazing resources for whatever it is you’re dealing with. He is very open minded and knows about new treatments, he really is open to different options and has great humor as well his personality/wit is key when talking to a doctor. He’a a great person and skilled at his speciality. I wish I could show more to thank him I hope nothing ever changes and he never loses his spark!!

Dr. Quadri and his Nurse Practitioner/Assistant nursing staff were friendly, thorough, and interested. They made me feel at ease and comfortable along with taking their time and asking all the right questions. Unfortunately the front office staff are rude and unfriendly in person and on the phone.

Staff was decent. Not overly friendly but got the job done. Dr. Quadri listened to all I had to say. Asked questions. We came up with a good plan. He really listens. Doesn’t order anything not needed. I felt like I was talking person to person vs. doctor to patient. He has a nice bedside manner.

Dr. Quadri has always been very understanding, shown great compassion and guidance with regards to my pain issues. I have never had any issues with his medical advice. I highly recommend Dr. Quadri!

I love the Doctor, but the African American Receptionist is very rude. I don't see why she has this job if she hates it so much. She is very dismissive and does not try to help you. Doctor Quadri needs to fire her because she is going to ruin his reputation. He would have received 5 stars.

Absolutely Horrible! Following a complete Arthroplasty, I had a severe allergic reaction to the pain medication. Had to go to the emergency room two nights in a row and administered epinephrine and prednisone. The following day my primary Physician told me to stop taking the pain medication and that he will send Dr. Quadri a fax so that Dr. Quadri can prescribe a different med. I called Dr. Quadri's office two hours later to ask if they had received the fax from my Primary Physician. The receptionist told me not to call anymore, that she will give the doctor the message at the end of the day after everything else finished and that the doc will be out of town for the rest of the week. She began belittling me saying that I am uncooperative and began scolding me. I TOLD her not to talk to me that way. I cannot take over the counter pain medication due to ulcers. I have gone three days without pain medication and now it's the weekend. Cut off their arms and give them no pain medication?

Dr Quadri is very personable.. He is very thorough and precise with the procedures.. he is never to busy to listen. Love his bedside manner all around.

This is a person that does not listen or remember anything you say. If you are suicidal, he is dismissive and tells you just to go to the hospital if you are. I made 3 phone calls to him and he refused to return any of them. He sent me an unsigned letter terminating our relationship but would not speak to me about why. He was training someone whole I was there and was very rude to him. He told the trainee "it is common sense, just answer it" very arrogant and dismissive. Does not care.

Dr. Quadri is a life saver he has given me back my life , and his staff is the best always treats me great.

The dirty waiting area, with papers and trash on the floor gave me pause when I first entered. The rude attitude and dismissive nature of the receptionist sealed the deal for me. Dr. Quadri may be great at what he does, but I will take my business elsewhere.

People 'rock and moan about how long it takes to get in for Their appointment.....Dr. Quadri spends whatever time Needed for each individual patients NEEDS. He's NOT by any means a 'take your money and bye Dr. Over the last few years .......he has helped me (and continues to help me) beyond words! Yes my last appointment I waited two hours, but he was Helping other people Maybe hurting more than me! His Staff......Second To None!!!

Staff is very rude inconsiderate doesn't seem to care about the patient or how long they need to be in there for never been there without waiting at least 2 hours two two and a half hours to get to see the doctor when you try to schedule your next appointment they give you a date that works for them without even asking what would be the best situation for you

Dr. Quadri has helped me so much over the years. He truly cares about you and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care and relief from chronic pain. He treats you with respect and compassion.
