Nice for annual check ups, not for anything else
I've been seeing Dr. Lea for about 3 years and while she is very kind and listens well during visits, she is impossible to see or reach. A sick visit can't usually be scheduled for 3 months out. She never answers emails, even if you hound her or her staff. It is frustrating if you actually have health concerns that need answered.

Always kind and helpful
Dr. Lea is very informative and helpful. Each of our very large family is seen by her and we cannot say enough good words about her treatment. Highly recomend.

She is great. Very thorough with me on choosing a BC option and explained to me very well the risks and benefits of them. Extremely attentive and really listens to her patients and made the effort to make sure I chose the best option for me. Didn’t rush anything!

I’ll start off by saying Dr. Lea seems easy to work with and doesn’t push things on you but instead a teams up with her patients, but you better plan on waiting. My last appointment, I showed up prior to my appointment and the board said she was running on time. But, that wasn’t the case. Someone who had an appointment before me, showed up 15 minutes late for their appointment, and was told they were running behind anyway so they were ushered right in for their appointment. My appointment ended up not starting for an hour after my scheduled time. So, she must have been wanting to make up time because I had a 5 minute wellness visit... needless to say it didn’t cover much. Then follow up on my labs didn’t happen for over a month. But, this isn’t new, all my appointments with her have start late and I can expect slow communication if using the banner portal (weeks to a month).

I've been to lots of docs and specialists and this is NOT one I will return to or recommend if you have anything going on. Not sure why so many positive reviews... She cared little of the main reason I went in and was WEEKS late giving results that I could see ONLINE and should have been informed about, and I was contacted only after I contacted her team. Even then they were incomplete results and I had to ask for ALL of my results and a referral to a specialist as she did not put 2 & 2 together and just wrote things off to "stress" instead of further testing. She never asked me back for a follow-up to solve the main reason I went in. Poor communication and lack of concern, write-off doc, there for the money...
