She has new staff way better
Yes, back in 2023-2-2023 she did have rude staff, but I saw Dr. Adili this year, and she as new people working in the front that are very professional and nice. A total turn around from the previous staff. Dr. Adili took her time to speak with me and explained why and exactly what tests she was ordering for my issues. Highly recommended.

Always a good exerience
Dr Adili is a total professional and is very knowledgeable too. When she talks to me or explains something it never feels like I am just a number….in fact, I feel like I am the only patient she has. She is very personable and also works with you to get what you need to feel better. Her staff is great too. That is hard to find….either the doctor is great but the staff isn’t or vice versa. This is one of those rare cases when both the office staff and the doctor are great.

Office staff is awful
Office staff is very rude and unhelpful. It is a shame that a good dr is losing patients because her front staff doesn’t know how to treat patients with respect.

Dr is great
If I say what's wrong the staff will attack you. So the Dr has helped me for 14 years...I just have to beg Noel and hope she is having a good day and won't hang up on me...I've a traumatic brain injury but that's to bad....sad to be disabled and treated like a unwanted pest.

Dr Adili is wonderful! We decided to see her after FOUR attempts to see neurologist at the VAMC WPB. She immediately identified hubby’s issues- essential tremors- and tested him extensively to determine he does not have dementia. She takes time to explain everything and cares about her patients.

One of the most caring, knowledgeable, and kind doctors I have ever had the plusher of going to. In one session she did more good than the doctors I have been seeing for years. I gave her 5 stars because they had no higher in the reviews. This is a once in a lifetime great doctors you will ever meet.

Dr Adili has been excellent in finding an effective treatment plan for my chronic migraines. She has listened closely to my concerns with regard to using a large volume of pain medications and we’ve found an effective solution with minimal prescriptions.

Dr. AdilI was able to diagnose and treat my husband's epilepsy when local drs & the famed Mayo Clinic Jacksonville failed. She is attentive, never fails to have a plan of action, and at least one or two back up plans as well. If an issue arises prior to a scheduled appointment, the office staff never fail to get my husband in to see the doctor quickly. The doctor & her office staff are accurate, spontaneous, curteous & professional. A life saver!!! Thank you Dr. Michelle Richard's for referring

Horrible office staff. If you plan on making a visit make sure your battery on your phone is fully charged because you will be waiting a very long time. Noel -office staff is nasty and rude. Carmen office staff is only focused on money. Dr Adili is very disorganized

Dr. Adili is extremely money focused and is not willing to fill out forms or do anything aside from patient visits. Her receptionist Noel has the personality of a DMV employee. I wasn't impressed with the rest of her staff either. Dr. Adili is very knowledgeable but she is extremely disorganized and money focused.
