I was told that a physical therapist would come into the room after the doctor left. And I waited and waited and waited. I waited an hour. Nobody came in. I finally asked what was going on. Nobody could tell me what was going on, except maybe that I didn't even need a physical therapist. It was the most insulting hour that I had. Nobody came to tell me what was going on. Nobody came to tell me how long I would have to wait. It was very, very aggravating.

I waited 3 years for a treatment/clinical trial after muscle biopsy and finally last visit on {patient PHI removed} was told I didn't get in the patients group. Instead was prescribed a medicine I think it may harm my health more than what I have.. very disappointing

I will never forget my experience with this doctor. I went in desperately searching for an explanation to my neurological symptoms. He spent about 3 mins total with me, the fellow took my medical history, when the so called 'neurologist' came in to the room, he appeared very annoyed that I was even there. After one minute of checking my muscle strengths, he told me 'what do you want me to do for you, I don't have a magic wand' After that statement I was completely shocked and left me speechless. This person should ask himself why he went into the field of medicine, probably for him it was the money and prestige. Disgraceful!!! I had to to seek care at UCLA which was much further from my home, but at least I now have a diagnosis and treatment plan. This 'doctor' should not be practicing medicine!!! Warning: Unprofessional and incompetent.
