You never go wrong to see Dr. Chang if you have ear, nose or throat problems. He is simply the best, skillful, and friendly to patients. He fixed my ear problem quickly and check my nose, and throat on my visit on 10/12/2016 this time and the last time was in 2012. I am completed satisfied his performance and highly recommend him.
