Dr. Ehsan is very patient. Listens thoroughly. Cares wholeheartedly and treats appropriately. Couldn't have come across a better human.

Had a horrible experience at Inova Fairfax and had to kick my original neurologist off my case for insinuating 'female hysteria' was my issue before the CT or MRI came back. When it came back indicating brain tumor and stenosis, I requested a new doctor. Dr.Ehsan came quickly, read the scans, and assured me that not only was I NOT crazy, I was RIGHT and VALID.He immediately explained everything I needed to know, what to expect from my tumor, from him as a Healthcare provider, and he got to work ordering more tests and thoroughly collecting every detail.He saved my life. He was kind, compassionate, caring, respectful, diligent, and knowledgeable of my very rare condition.I owe him my life.

Dr. Ehsan is great. But when you try to make a payment over the phone someone from billing has to call you back. Can't make payments online they want your whole balance.

Dr. Ehsan is truly amazing and takes the time to listen before jumping to any conclusion or prescribing a medicine. In my very rare condition, he diagnosed it as precisely as possible and prepared a very effective treatment plan. I wish I could say the same thing about his practice (Dulles Neurology) and the other partner doctor who I had to see today in Dr. Ehsan's absence! His practice has been doing an extremely poor job letting patients know why Dr. Ehsan is on what seems to be an extended leave and when he might return. It's not easy to switch neurologists and it's certainly not easy to find someone like him. There are real consequences when you keep patients waiting indefinitely in the dark and the practice doesn't have that kind of conscience! 6 out of 5 stars for Dr Ehsan but -1 out of 5 stars for Dulles Neurology and the partner doctor! Hope you return soon.

Great doctor He took good care of my niece who has severe epilepsy. He was very kind and patient with her. I will chose Dr Ehsan if I ever need a neurologist.

I would have given no stars but that wasn’t an option! I can’t even begin to tell anyone how truly disappointed I am with his care! I was admitted to the hospital with numbness in upper and lower extremities for a week. I had a million dollar work up MRI’s cat scans blood work. And every day he would come in and say I don’t know what’s wrong with you all your tests are normal. He has me on a extremely high dose of steroids via IV. I was in the hospital five days . When I went home no improvement at all. I followed up with him the following week with no improvement. He told me to take my records and go see another dr. I asked what kind of doctor he said a neurologist. I said shouldn’t I go see a neurosurgeon? He snapped at me and said you don’t need a surgeon,there is nothing wrong with you! I got a second opinion,I had a herniated disc in my neck.I had surgery and all symptoms are resolved! Don’t waste your time with this guy he is in it for the money.

Did not pay any attention to my medical history. Gave me a diagnosis he could not support. He is a hazard and should be relieved of his duties.

Sarcastic, condescending, arrogant, and just egotistical, are the words this doctor can accurately describe this doctor. I'm coming up on a year since the demise of a loved one and throughout the entire time my loved one was in the ICU, this so called doctor was non existent. Once we were finally able to catch up with him after waiting for two days, he finally decided to show up to ICU in Reston hospital and brief my family and I on the prognosis of my loved one. Concerned with my loved one's current status and the fact that he showed up two days late to give us any information, naturally, we had many questions. Before we could even establsh a relationship, this doctor stopped me in my tracks and started to say, "listen to me first, then I can answer your questions", as if he didn't want to deal with any more people at the end of the day.

Had an appointment for 1:45 on 10-15 in Herndon office since Fairfax was allegedly booked and double booked for months. Went there and an unfriendly and uncaring female behind the desk said he doesn't work in Herndon on Mondays. She even argued with me that the appointment was for Fairfax and then didn't even have the decency to call them and see if they could take us. If the front desk is so incompetent, what does that say about the doctor?

Dr. Ehsan does not have a drop of compassion. He is ruthless and uses a lot of sarcasm when answering questions. For example, I had an MRI done and went to discuss the results. He told me the results but did not offer any treatment. At that point, I told him that I do have a severe memory loss there must be something wrong. His response was "well the MRI does not show depression do you want to know the diagnosis, ok your diagnosis is Pseudodementia. Do you want to take medication for that?"
