Awful office visit experience
Appointment time 845am. After receiving drops to dilate my eyes. The medical assistant was nice and professional. I was left in a room to wait for Dr Kaden. Told me I was next patient.About 2hours after, time now was 1030am Dr Talia Kaden was no-show. Meanwhile I hear the open door diagnosis of doctor and patient discussing private health matters across the room I was waiting. The doctor whoever he was did not even close the door for privacy of his patient. How embarrassing for patient! I left room to ask where Dr Kaden was, this man I asked, scolded me with an angry face and raised voice said 'get back to the room and just wait! 'When I asked who he was he said he was Dr Padmas! I went to talk to office manager who also scolded me and raised her voice! She said ' you should've stayed in room now Dr Kaden has 4 patients to see befor you! Her name was Tara Dominguez. I will never go back there!
