She doesn't listen to her patience and her bedside manner is terrible I have a kidney disease that is well documented in my medical records. She still treated me horrible And dose not seem too be a caring person. I had to return to the ER 3 times last night just to get the care I should've gotten on the first trip. In the end after advocating for myself I got the pain medication and was able to relax and passed my stone (8mm) without surgery
