Dr. Tamara Zach, MD

Dr. Zach always takes the time to listen to concerns, if need be she thinks outside of the box in order to treat her patient. Was able to get to the bottom of our daughter's migraines, gave us suggestions on how to help our children with autism sleep better and function in society. She is a very rare doctor in this day and age as she truly cares about her patients and their parents. Her assistants are wonderful and always ready with a smile and gentleness in taking vitals. The other providers in the clinic are loving, compassionate and take the time to explain the test results with you as well. We have been seeing Dr. Zach and her partners for almost 17 years. When other Docs gave up on our son, she did not. When no one would help our 15 year old daughter she figured out what was causing her migraines and how to treat the migraines. Recently she has been helping our younger 3 children with their conditions. Big Thank You to the entire office!

From the first phone call to set up a new patient appt for my son, to every interaction with the staff and Dr. Zach- everyone has been courteous, thorough and very professional. Her office staff and MA are prompt with returning messages and are very customer oriented.Dr. Zach is one of the most thorough and professional doctors I've met, her exam was detailed and meticulous, she explained concerns and potential health issues to my 15 yr old son in a way that was easy to understand for him to understand.I was very impressed with her knowledgeable expertise and promptness to treat his new, urgent condition.I have worked in various hospitals and healthcare for the past 25 yrs, including Mayo Hospital and Dr. Zach is one of the top 10 doctors I have met.I have already recommended her to numerous healthcare friends and providers for any pediatric neurology needs in the future.

We had an appointment today, waited weeks for it. My 14 year old felt like Dr. Zach was saying this is all in her head and insisted that something was going on at school which is why she has had these intense dizzy symptoms and blurred vision. Was very curt in the way she spoke, she doesn’t have a good bedside manner at all. Honestly, we will run the tests ordered and if needed follow up with a different neurologist. My daughter life has been completely turned around these last 5 weeks and Dr. Zach seems to downplay the severity of this situation. My daughter was a healthy teen 5 weeks ago and now she’s not even able to go to school! Something is not right here. Don’t waste your time or money with this doctor. Banner- you can do better!

Dr. Zach has been a Godsend for our daughter! She listens and really cares about her overall well being. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a vast network of other providers she works with(meaning she can receive top notch care from other specialties promptly). She takes personal responsibility for her patients, making calls to home herself. Her staff is top notch and great to work with often during very stressful times. Dr. Zach is the best of the best. ??????
