Always had positive experience until today. I’m a diabetic and I have an open wound on my left toe. I was to see her today for a recheck (to see if it is healing properly). I got my times mixed up & arrived at 1:30 but was supposed to have been there at 12:30. I asked her medical assistant if she would please go ahead and see me as I am already there and I really just needed a quick recheck. I was told she would not but that she could see me on 3/11 (today is 3/1). She wanted me to wait 11 days for an open toe wound & I’m diabetic?! That’s just crazy for me to wait that long! I just feel like she doesn’t care about her patient needs like a doctor should. I know that I was the one who showed up late but apparently she doesn’t think people can mistakes. I kept getting told that I was a no-show when that was not the case, I just showed up late and it was a simple mixup of the time I should have been there. The receptionist out front was also very rude to me. I don’t think I will be back.

will not be back!!!!! was in pain and could not pay copay the day i was going to coming in. I explain to the lady I only get pd once a month was willing to give my debit card number to save for the payment to be taking out at end of the month when I got paid. The lady told me no I would have to pay right then. I understand how the payments work again I work in a hospital. It would be different if I was not trying to pay at all but I was willing to give my debit card number on fill for them to get there money I will not be back

Rushed yanking and pulling on my mom's feet. Guess she was having a had day. Her patience seems to be very thin and short. Hopefully will get someone else to have a little extra care for the elderly. Thinking very serious about reporting her to Baptist Health Care.

Second time to see her and just as bad as first. Rushed appointment, did not even touch my feet. Did not even realize I had been there before. Did not realize I had already had two nerve test until told with chart in front of her. Did give me a months worth of medication. Mentioned twice another problem I was having and she totally ignored. Just as soon thrown my copay out the window. Will not go back. Rob Capps, Corner Alabama

I had heel pain that was severe. I did not expect to get rid of it due to age and lifestyle. Dr. Lee treated my heel and in 2 weeks, I was completely pain free and had no lingering results. I am very impressed at her proficiency and how well she was able to diagnose and treat my problem.

Dr. Lee was very helpful to me. As a patient with a chronic problem, it was great to have someone take time to explain what was going on. I have since have surgery and am doing well. I would refer all of my family and friends.

Dr Lee rushed my appointment. She wasn't very friendly. No time to ask questions. She is so rough. She butchered my toe nails. Cut them down to nothing. I have to wear shoes with my toes in now. I usually get a pedicure and polish, not now. I asked the assistant what was the purpose of Dr Lee doing that and she said so that you can apply medicine. That did not make sense to me.

No confidence in a foot doctor that can't or won;t handle a foot problem. Go figure. Don't waste your time with this one.

Dr Lee was efficient, she answered all my questions, and provided a thorough examination of my foot. Her nurse Amanda, could be more courteous, and return calls. I left a message which required a return call. She did not return my call, I had to call back. If the nurse is not able to answer questions for whatever reason, it is expected to receive a returned call with an explanation, and apology, not an excuse "The computers were down".
