I didn't even get the chance to meet Dr. Fathy but the staff is really bad, super rude.

Dr. Fathy is a fabulous doctor! He answers all of my questions, and will thoroughly explain any situation or procedure that you are concerned about. He also explains why to the best he can even if it has multiple explanations.

How can an office treat their patients with such little respect? The staff contacts patients, gives incorrect or incomplete information every time they are asked a question. Even in an emergency they cannot handle a simple referral request. This office should not be allowed to continue treating patients without consideration and customer service. It should take a careful review of all procedures before operating further.
