Dr. Tamiko Jackson, MD

My 3 daughters have been seeing Dr. Jackson since she took over the Southbury Office in 2009. She is now in New Haven. Her care of patients is amazing. She remembers stuff about my kids that I don’t even remember! She listens and her diagnostics are always on point with a thorough treatment plan. One time I was having a really hard time finding a psychiatrist for months for one of my daughters and I told Dr. Jackson and within 2 days I was contacted by a psychiatrist that Dr. Jackson called personally, who has been instrumental with my daughters mental health now for a few years. One time I needed my daughters immunization record and she texted it to me that same day. My girls love her so much. We have never had any negative experiences or wait times. There is not even enough room to say all the wonderful ways she has impacted my family. Thank you Dr. Jackson and staff. Not sure if she has the same receptionist that she used to have but we loved her so much too. I recommend 100%.

My son has always had a positive experience with Dr Jackson. We have never waited long and the office staff has always been friendly.

Is never on time for scheduled appointments - I've waited for hours bc she was not at the office yet. Would not recommend... very disappointing bc she's very nice.

SO rude, office is disgustingly messy- needs to be deeply cleaned and redone- , has a major bad attitude and is extremely difficult-comes in late - keeps Patients waiting, with little time to communicate with- not recommended will not be returning

Waited an hour and a half for my daughter to be seen. I kept getting told the doctor just pulled in. Receptionist was swearing and playing obnoxious music from her cell phone. Will be finding a new doctor!

The worst pediatrician EVER!!!!!

Dr. Jackson has been my son's Doctor since he was 6 months. He is now 18 years old. She is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Her diagnosis of my son's illnesses over the years have been on point and her treatments were perfect. I am sad that my son is aging out and will have to find another doctor. Hopefully the next one will be just as good.

This office is very unprofessional my child had been with Dr. Jackson-McArthur since the very first day she opened her private practice. Dr. Jackson has very poor record keeping skills (shots, physicals, etc..) My child had to receive a repeat of shots since we have switched Doctors along with a huge amount of patients. It is very sad that it has come to this however my child should not have to go through receiving a large amount of repeat shots due to Medical records not being recorded properly
