Dr. Tamilla Fork, MD

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Tamila Fork. She was rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful throughout the entire appointment. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was cold and dismissive. She barely made eye contact and acted like she couldn’t be bothered with my concerns. When I tried to explain my symptoms, she interrupted me and seemed irritated that I was even speaking. Not only did she fail to provide any meaningful guidance or care, but she also treated me as if I was wasting her time. Her lack of empathy and bedside manner was shocking, especially in a field where patients need to feel comfortable and heard. I left the office feeling disrespected and unheard, and I would never, under any circumstances, recommend her to anyone. Stay far away from Dr. Tamila Fork if you value your health and dignity.

She told me that I had ovarian cyst while I had cancer. She just doesn't know what she is doing.

My mom had a great experience with Dr. Fork. Very caring and knowledgable.

Dr. Fork was very unconcerned with our visit, she showed little very little care and did not ask how I was doing or how if anything was wrong as I am at the beginning stages of Menopause she offered no information of what is to come regarding my body changes.

I made an appointment with Dr. Fork for a second opinion regarding her "specialty" "alternatives to hysterectomy." To my surprise, a day before my appointment, I receive a call that she can’t see me because she doesn’t deal with fibroids surgery. I explained to the caller that the purpose of my visit is to explore “alternative options” to hysterectomy as Dr. Fork advertises on her Cleveland Clinic’s website. The caller didn’t even realize that Dr. Fork listed that first under her long list of “Treatment & Services” offered. Notwithstanding, the caller stated that Dr. Fork still did not want to see me as she did not want to give an opinion against another physician. Even if f my doctor recommended a hysterectomy, you are advertising to prospective patients that you specialize to alternative to hysterectomy, which makes me, as a patient, think I can see you to explore those options. It is very discouraging for a professional to mislead patients and falsely advertise a specialty.

Took me 2 months to get my annual appointment. When my appointment day arrived, Dr. Fork’s office called and cancelled my appointment. I do understand emergencies arise, but when I called to reschedule, I was given an appointment another month away. I then explained that I waited 2 months for the prior appointment only for it to be cancelled an hour before and if there were any accommodations made for such an issue. The person on the phone could literally care less and told me, with an attitude, “well that’s the earliest appointment she has”. No concern or even an apology for cancelling my appointment in the first place. And by the way every time I had to call the office, the annoying automated ClevelandClinic system put me on hold and I had to wait for 15 to 30 minutes before either hanging up or finally getting someone on the phone. There is no way I would ever reschedule with this doctor or any doctor with the Cleveland Clinic. They could care less about their patients.

No wonder why this doctor has less than 3 stars. After a painful biopsy I started bleeding heavily. Called the office 10 times, very concerned. I needed an explanation from the doctor, not the receptionist, nor the nurses. It’d have been nice to hear from her. She never called me back and prescribed medicine to ease the bleeding. I called back again, I needed explanation on the medicine, I was afraid and then nurses referred me to the pharmacist for questions??? And to go directly to ER if I didn’t feel good. Seriously? This has been the worst patient experience I have ever had.

I have been seeing Dr. Fork since 2010. Dr. Fork has been professional, compassionate and extremely spot on with diagnoses 100% of the time. she takes time with me and I have never felt rushed. Her staff is both professional and dependable. I have recommended her many times and all were happy with her as well.

I've been seeing Dr. Fork for over 5 years and I find her to be very pleasant, sat down to listen to my issues, gave me recommendations and an action plan. I have never felt rushed or ignored.

I absolutely loved her! She is very professional and knows her job very well. Her diagnosis was so perfect that I had had a problem for almost a year and I was perfectly fine the following day! She has a pleasant personality. All in all I thought she was a wonderful doctor. Thanks Dr. Fork!

Be prepared to be rushed right out the door. She made up her mind what my issue was before examining me and spent a total of 2 minutes with me. No bedside manner at all. She just wanted to pass me off to a different specialist before listening to all my symptoms. I’ll be taking my lab results elsewhere to someone who will actually listen and not try to run out the door. Don’t overbook if you won’t have time to spend with your patients.

It was my first time visiting a gyno. I was nervous and uncomfortable and let Dr. Fork know in hopes that she'd be able to make me less anxious. She did not. She had the coldest bedside manner and made no effort to talk me through the exam as she shoved cold hard utensils into me while I cried. She was rude when I explained I wasn't interested in hormonal birth control pills to curb my menstrual pain. I was forced to experience a transvaginal ultrasound. I have not been to a gyno since.

It was great! Staff is efficient - no wait time. Dr Fork was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions. Made me feel comfortable. Finally found a Gyno I like!

Never! She has a horrible bed side manner and did not order a vital test without my request.
