Dr. Tammy Phillips, MD

Dr. Phillips is great. She has been our doctor for years. We trust her more than any other doctor and would never switch.

Service has not been as good as other doctors or staffs that I have encountered from living in different locations. She came highly regarded through personal referrals and I personally have yet to see where the high regard is. Questions are rarely answered and Dr. Phillips seems to busy to address my concerns. I started to write all of my questions down and had to check them off to ensure they are answered. I typically have to followup as she is walking out the door to try and get an answer.

Dr. Phillips is caring and very detailed in her investigation of medical issues. She is very concerned about her patients goes to great lengths to make sure they are cared for.

I went to Dr for my whole life. Recently I made the decision to switch to a different doctor. I felt like my needs and concerns were not being treated properly. Not to mention it can take months sometimes to even see her. The staff at the office have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I was constantly on hold waiting to talk to someone. Then when you do talk to someone they're rude and don't care. Im glad I'm now seeing a doctor with friendly staff and who takes time to listen.

I have been a patient of Dr. Phillips for most of my life. She is kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable, takes time to listen to her patients no matter what time of day it is. Always willing to fit you into her schedule. I now take my son to her versus choosing a pediatrician. I can't recommend her enough!

She is knowledgeable, takes time and listens, aggressive with treatment when needed, very personable, excellent follow-up, goes above and beyond, sees everyone no matter what time the clock says, literally saved my life when I was very ill. Caught what others missed. Trust her completely!
